She is '99 model custom bunkhouse 30ft Four Winds 5000 (by Thor) built on a Chevy chassis with a 7.4ltr Vortec V8 engine.

This RV is in good condition for her age both inside and out. Until sometime in 2016, she has been garage-kept. We bought from the previous owner and had a mechanic run through her here in Swansboro, no issues and oil change, fuel filter and air filter. The front brake pads and rotors as well as the ignition coil, and muffler were replaced last year and confirmed by our mechanic. Tires new in April 2017 and still have a lot of tread left. Both house batteries were replaced in April 2017. It has a 3000W power inverter which can be monitored/controlled via Bluetooth. (Entertainment system, laptop, chargers can all run off the house batteries.)

Other features include:
High quality custom leather furniture throughout the entire RV. (Driver and Passenger seats, both dinettes and pull out couch.) Previous owner spent well over $5K on this. Dinette and couch make a king size bed.
Sleeps up to 10 people!
2x Bunk beds in the rear with an additional dinette that can convert into a bed.
Permanent beds have memory foam mattresses.
New Flat screen TV with sound-bar and subwoofer, Sony entertainment system with Blu-ray / media player. (There is no retractable roof aerial since we use online and DVD media (with the new roof, we didn't want another hole in the roof, but the marking is on the roof if you want to add.)
Kenwood cd / dvd / digital radio / Bluetooth player with color backup camera in dash.
Kitchen with fridge / freezer which runs on ac / propane, 3-burner hood, oven, microwave, and twin sinks.
(RV fitted with smoke detector and 2x propane detectors and 1x fire extinguisher)
Propane water heater.
Propane central heating system.
Roof air conditioner in good condition.
Fresh, grey, and black water tanks. (All water and sewer hoses and connections, surge protector included.)
New Manual leveling jacks (wheel chucks and leveling blocks, battery powered drill to make it way easier to put down and back up included)
Onan Micro-quiet 4000W generator - fair condition, serviced in March 2018.
Awning in good condition (de-flappers and tensioning straps included)
Rear mounted carry rack for stroller/coolers/bikes/scooter (can tow with rack in place)
Roof replaced February 2018 by RV Roof Install out of Fort Oglethorpe, GA. Check out their website. Www.rvroofinstall.com This is one of the best roofs out there. It is like a commercial building roof on an RV. Valued at over $5K.
Lots of extras included: Outdoor carpet, folding table, portable 2-burner stove, 3x camping chairs, camping axe/hammer, outdoor grill which locks onto side included.

We just finished a trip from NC to DE, NJ, NY, PA, MD, VA. No issues, everything ran fine.
Propane, generator all appear to work fine.
We are selling because we are going to take a break from camping the next 2-3 years.

Regrettably the storm caused some damage to the trim on the right rear quarter panel, looks like something banged into it, its minor but there, and why we reduced price.
