RV has been used and stored at MacDill for the past 10+ years. Key features include: one slide out, dinette table with 4 chairs, J-steel sofa, (woven and pleather fabric), 2 swivel living room chairs (woven fabric), double sink, microwave, 3-burner range, and a refrigerator, queen-sized bed with underneath storage, wardrobe closets and overhead cabinets. An angle shower, sink with cabinet and toilet (with privacy door). Exterior features include an electric awning and a fully enclosed underbelly. There is normal wear and tear (e.g. loose window shades and deteriorated pleather on couch).

Within the last few years, the awning, slider seal, power jack, roof vent covers and LCD TVs have been replaced.
