2016 Mitsubishi Lancer for sale

2016 Mitsubishi Lancer for sale. It is red, automatic, not an EVO, in decent condition (I can go more in detail if need be, but has only 1 minor cosmetic deficiency and 1-2 anticipated repairs in the upcoming 5 years or so), 4 door sedan. Roughly 25mpg in town, 31ish on the highway (I've achieved about 40 max, but low 30s is my usual on 2+ miles of highway). It was leased once before I bought it from a dealership in New York, so only one owner (had it since 2018). It's fully paid off, so no additional hidden fees. I'm looking for about 10k OBO, but feel free to contact and see if we can work out a deal. For reference: KBB recently suggested 8.4k-10.8k on a conservative estimate (putting in a lower category than it probably is)
