This Redwood has been so good to us we hate to let her go, but life situations have changed and we must downsize our RV. This luxury 5th wheel is in top shape and ready for full-time living or part-time venturing anywhere you want to go. Also available is our 2018 GMC Denali 3500 Dually, would like to sell as a complete rig but the Redwood has to go before we’d entertain selling the Denali separately.

Pre Covid Unit, Pre Keystone (long time Redwood owners know what this means), One Owner, Never Smoked In, No Pets. It is 42+ feet in length, 3 slides, Urban Clay interior, 3 A/Cs (two are heat pumps), full body paint, Whirlpool residential refrigerator, Splendide stacking washer and dryer, electric fireplace, double pane windows, Day and Night roller shades, and Whirlpool full-size microwave/convection oven. Replaced both Living Room and Bedroom TVs with Smart TVs, Outdoor TV, Winegard Traveler Satellite Dish for Dish Network for all TVs (Dish Receiver remains with unit), surround sound, 2 Maxxfans (1 in kitchen and 1 in bathroom), 2 Electric Awnings with LED lights, and Central vacuum. We added the Cheap-Heat hybrid (electric) heating system 2 1/2 ago (see rvcomfortsystems.com) and we haven’t filled a propane tank in almost 2 years. This unit can run total electric except for gas range, this is great when electric is included in your RV park fee.

For the outside, we totally upgraded the entire suspension/running gear 2 months after purchase with 8K MORyde Independent Suspension, Kodiak disk brakes,and MORyde pin box. Upgraded to Goodyear 614, 17.5in Load Range H tires with matching aluminum wheels to include the spare. It has the six-point automatic leveling system with snap pads, JT Strongarm stabilizers front and rear with extra scissor jack supports in the rear of coach, MORryde Stepabove folding entry steps with handrail, MORryde storage box under steps, and Progressive Industries 50amp Hardwired Surge & Electrical Protection.
